E-LECTURE | 2022 Business Negotiation Drill
To identify the weaknesses of our salespersons in business negotiations and to overcome them in later customised training, ZEP held the E-Lecture Business Negotiation Drill.
The whole drill preparation took nearly one month, from topic setting, to the analysis and questions drill preparation of each group, then to the final playing on December 10th.
During the 45-minute drill, every group need to perform bilingual communication, analyse the questions with professional understanding of the background information, and also master the rhythm of negotiation. After their performance, comments would be given and questions would be answered by the jury.
This is the 3rd drill with different topics and grouping forms, ZEP keeps to pursuing the goal of finding weakness and customising further training to enhance the strength of our sales team. Remember, though the drill was over, the journey of self-improvement continues.
