ZEP held the Annual Conference on Jan 27th, 2024 with a theme of "Walking with ZEP, Rising against the Trend, Striving for 2024".

At the beginning, our Chairman Mr. Chen delivered a speech to review the work on 2023 and look at the way forward on 2024. Through a series of data and examples, Mr. Chen clearly explained the various difficulties we encountered in 2023, summarized the achievements and highlights, and expressed his gratitude to all the employees who worked together. In particular, he emphasized the way to build ZEP platform together with everyone, encouraged us to seize the opportunity and rise against the trend. Finally, he announced a series of favorable deployments in advance that enhanced the furture development of ZEP. Mr. Chen is full of great confidence in 2024 and the long-run future.
Afterwards, we rewarded long-serving employees, E-MODELs, outstanding employees and outstanding managers. The management representative delivered keynote speeches on "persistence and perseverance", "struggle and opportunity" and other aspects, encouraging everyone to continue to struggle and win in the future.
At the end, it was party time. All of us went to the cruise restaurant for the delicious food and night scene of Qiantang River.
