Gathering Momentum and Planning for the Future, We Start a New Chapter | ZEP Annual Party
On January 18th, 2025, ZEP held the annual party with a theme of “Gathering Momentum and Planning for the Future, We Start a New Chapter” .
Firstly, our chairman Mr. Chen made the opening speech. In the economic recession in 2024, ZEP adjusted its business strategy in time to improve the quality of business and service, focusing on serving those customers who are willing to pay for our service and professional capabilities, and finally realized the growth of gross profit and net profit.Then Mr. Chen dialectically explained the relationship between ZEP values and individual's business ability. Integrity is the cornerstone of ZEP values, as well as the principle and bottom line. Even if a person is highly capable, when his or her values are contrary to ZEP values, or even adversely affect the integrity, internal unity and team atmosphere of the company, the company must take measures to firmly maintain the bottom line of integrity. At the end of the speech, Mr. Chen said that in the course of the company's continuous development, there will be people who are on the same path as well as those who are on different paths, which leads to the adjustment of the business team and changes in the personnel structure. Although these changes will have a certain impact on the business in the short term, the company's adherence to the principle of transparent service to customers and suppliers will not change. It is believed that this will be more favorable to the company's development in the long run. It is foreseeable that the economic situation will be tougher in the future, but we are confident that our performance will rebound strongly in 2025!
The final part was to commended the Long-serving employees, E-MODEL and E-Star outstanding employees. The representative of Business Department, Mr. Ye delivered a speech, encouraging everyone to keep persevering and know how to be tolerant.
